
Gabriel Díaz Fabiero 2023

«Gabi» has been a swimming coach and instructor since 2013. He has been a swimmer for the Argentine National Team in all developmental categories and professionally with the Club Atlético River Plate.
He has broken Argentine records in freestyle in individual events and relays for 6 consecutive years. He has also represented his country internationally on multiple occasions, as well as two Argentine clubs, Asociación Deportiva Arenas de Necochea and Club Atlético River Plate (Professional).
His initial steps as a Coach and Head Coach in Argentina were taken at Club Huracán de Necochea in 2014.
There, his passion for teaching was awakened. He has worked in training and personalized classes, teaching and improving swimmers, triathletes, and swimming enthusiasts.
In 2018, he served as an assistant coach to Belén Diaz, a former professional and Pan American elite swimmer in Toronto 2015, and Top 10 in Spain 2021, during her participation in the Marenostrum European Swimming Championship in Barcelona, Cannet, and Monaco.
He gained a 9-month experience in Nordic lands working in the city of Helsinki, Finland, as a personal swimming coach.
In early 2021, he was in charge of the competition team at Barracudas Torrrent Swimming Club for a brief period until he decided to dedicate himself 100% to developing Df Swimming.
Formation
His education includes a degree in Physical Education, training as a high-performance swimming coach, and certification as an International Lifeguard.
He consistently updates himself on new training methods, changes in regulations, and trends in swimming techniques.
He maintains direct contact with coaches from the Argentine National Team.
Sport History
He was a member of the Argentine team during 2005 and 2009 in developmental categories.

Professional swimmer & Argentine Absolute Swimming Champion
In 2010, I signed a professional contract with the Club Atlético River Plate, under the guidance of Orlando Moccagatta, the former coach of the World Champion in the 50-meter freestyle at Fukuoka 2002, José Meolans.

Coach/Assistant in the Marenostrum World Circuit.
I have been the coach and assistant to Belén Diaz during all three stages of the Marenostrum (Barcelona-Canet-Monaco) circuit, also accompanying the Argentine national team.

Currently
He maintains a healthy lifestyle, trains every day, and alternates between swimming and CrossFit sessions. He is always active in terms of competition.
His time is devoted to his family and his major project, DF SWIMMING. In 2023, he also faces new challenges such as SWIM CLUB ALBORAYA and the development of his YouTube channel, online swimming training program, and the training of his team.
During 2021 and 2022, the brand has grown and has been developing courses, teaching materials, and refining my teaching methodology every day.
He likes to do things well and considers himself consistent in his work as both a coach and a swimmer.
He considers himself passionate about swimming and enjoys paying attention to every detail to bring out the best in his students.
Mission
His mission as a coach is to unlock the maximum potential of each swimmer. He aims to assist in technical, physical, and psychological aspects so that they can reach their goals.
Additionally, he aims to create a continuous support system where swimmers can receive guidance, training, and preparation, whether in-person or digitally.

His vision is to make DF SWIMMING the sexiest and most attractive swimwear brand of the 21st century.
As a swimmer, Gabriel Diaz Fabiero has achieved numerous accomplishments throughout his career:
- Represented Argentina in various international competitions.
- Broke Argentine records in freestyle events, both individually and in relays, for six consecutive years.
- Member of the Argentine National Team during 2005 and 2009 in developmental categories.
- Achieved second place in the 100-meter freestyle event at the 2009 Austral Cup in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Signed a professional contract with Club Atlético River Plate in 2010.
- Participated in the Argentine National Swimming Championship in 2010 as a professional swimmer for Club Atlético River Plate.
- Continued dedication to training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, alternating between swimming and CrossFit sessions.
